Adur in Partnership is controlled by the Board, which meets quarterly. Sub-Groups take responsibility for developing and managing projects within their areas of responsibility. The multi-agency Staff Team draws together people working in community and neighbourhood development across Adur. The Sub-Group Chairs represent their group on the AiP Board, and the work of each Sub-Group is supported by the Staff Team (both in localities and on projects). Regular meetings of Sub-Group Chairs, and the Staff Team, are responsible for co-ordinating AiP's work across places and projects. Sub-groups are:
